Then and Now
I was looking through some pictures on my computer the other day and ran across the beginning weight loss journey pictures I had taken back in April. I thought I would take new pictures today and see if progress was being made. Though I don’t really feel like I’ve gotten very far on this “losing weight and getting in shape” journey, I guess there is a bit of a difference. I have to admit that all the weight I’ve lost is only due to illness or stress. Neither of which are preferable ways to lose weight. My body has somewhat maintained around 130ish now for quite some time…though I think my scales weigh low…I’d say a true weight would be mid130’s. Anyway, just thought I’d post some “then and now” pics. Hopefully one of these days I’ll find the motivation to start working out and eating right again…hopefully its one day soon!

You look really good! Scott and I have been trying to walk everyday after work and eat better. We are moving in 2 days so it hasn't happened in awhile!

You look great. Your body is just letting go of that baby weight. I noticed it the most when I stopped breast feeding. Even if your weight doesn't actually drop, your body just starts to (slowly) go back to "normal" (whatever that may be). Keep it up and I am so proud of you for all you are doing. You are an inspiration.

By the way, I couldn't get the comment section to work on your blog, but thanks for sharing your "days like these"...That was one of the most REAL blogs I've ever read and it was really great to know that even perfect super mommies don't always have perfect days! haha.....We all have those moments and I admire you so much for pushing through them and remembering that tomorrow is a new day!!!! You rock!!!!
